Court Master: The candidate must have a Court master of tribunals or Commissions under the Central Government in the same grade.

Upper Division Clerk: The candidate must be an Upper Division Clerk of the Central Secretariat Service/ Income Tax Department and various directorates of the Central Board of Direct Taxes.
