Education Qualification in Details

Stenographer Grade – ॥: 12th class pass from a recognized university or board

Lower Division Clerk: 12th class pass from a recognized university or board

Messenger: 10th Class Pass from a recognized University or Board

Eligibility Criteria in Details

Stenographer Grade – ॥: Dictation: 10 minutes @ 80 words per minute, And Transcription: 50 minutes (English) or 65 minutes (Hindi) (On Computer)

Lower Division Clerk: English typing @35 words per minute on computer or Hindi typing @30 words per minute on computer (35 words per minute). and 30 words per minute corresponding to 10500/9000 Key Depressions Per Hour (KDPH) on an average of 05 key depressions for each word). And Basic computer knowledge.

Messenger: Proficiency in driving a pedal cycle for 200 meters. And Ability to read and write with average physical condition and aptitude for the job of the messenger.

Age Limit in Details

The candidate’s age to apply for this post is 18 to 25 years but the maximum age is 35 years in the case of Central Government Civilian Employees. You will get the rest of the information about this from the official notification.

Selection Process

STEP 1: A merit list will be prepared and published on the Indian Army official website based on the number of educational qualifications received based on the submission of the application form.
