Fill out the application form and attached all required self-attested documents, like- the Academic Passing certificate from Recognized Board, Experience Certificate, NOC Certificate, Caste Certificate if Applicable, Aadhar Card, signature, and Passport size Photograph.

Two self-addressed envelopes (minimum 12 x 24 cms) duly affixed with a postage stamp of Rs.25/- on each envelope for intimation of the Written Test without which the application will not be accepted.

Write on the envelope “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF CSBO GRADE-II”. No application submitted by hand will be entertained.
