Education Qualification
Assistant Planning and Research Officer: The candidate must have a Master’s Degree in Geography/ Economics/ Statistics/ Mass Communication from a Government Recognized University/ Institute. Reading and writing skills in Assamese are preferable.
Assistant Engineer: The candidate must have a B.E, B. Tech/AMIE in Chemical/ Civil/ Environmental/ Mechanical Engineering from a Government Recognized University/ Institute.
Environmental Scientist: The candidate must have an M.Sc in Chemical/ Biological/ Life/ Environmental Science from a Government Recognized University/ Institute.
Assistant Programmer: The candidate must have a B.Sc (IT/Comp. Sc), BCA, and B.Sc. with DOEACC ‘A’ Level/ PGDCA from a Government Recognized University/ Institute.
Junior Accountant: The candidate must have a B. Com/ BBA from a Recognized University with a minimum 6 Months Certificate/ Diploma in Computer Applications. Candidates who must have an M.Com degree shall be preferred.
Administrative Assistant II: The candidate must be a Graduate in Any Discipline with a minimum 6 Months Certificate/ Diploma in Computer Applications.
Scientific Assistant III: The candidate must be passed the HSSLC level with Chemistry/ Biology from a Government Recognized Institute.
Grade IV: The candidate must be Class X/ HSLC passed from a Government Recognized Institute.

The candidate must be an Indian Citizen and a permanent resident of Assam.
